Shonkwiler

Alaina Shonkwiler has been endorsed Scott Baldwin, a Marine Corps and law enforcement veteran and current Hamilton County State Senator.

“As I fight for conservative principles at the Statehouse, it is important to have reliable conservative partners, and that’s why I am endorsing Alaina Shonkwiler as our next Representative for House District 29,” Baldwin said. “Alaina was raised in Noblesville, she’s a devoted military and police wife, and a loving mother. She has a wealth of experience in the public and private sectors and is prepared to lead for Hamilton County on day one. Alaina is a consistent conservative through and through, and I know we will be well served by her leadership.”

“As I run to be a conservative voice in the Statehouse, I am honored to have the support of Senator Baldwin and so many other incredible leaders,” Shonkwiler said. “I’m running for State Representative to fight for strong public safety, for lower taxes including property taxes, and for transparency and parental involvement in our education system. We have big things to tackle for our district, and I’m thankful to have strong conservative partners like Senator Baldwin on our team.”

Shonkwiler lives in Noblesville along with her husband, Jason, a Sergeant with the Noblesville Police Department and current High School Resource Officer, and their two school-aged children, Hannah and Kyle. She is on the Republican ballot in the primary on May 7.
