The Carmel-Seiffen Sister City committee is recruiting volunteers to serve in various ways to help further the mission of connecting these two communities.
The committee will be meeting from 2 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, April 21 in the boardroom at the Carmel Clay Public Library, 425 E. Main St.
