Did you know you can easily submit a request for road maintenance? Everyone has seen how bad potholes are this year with this up-and-down winter. Sending a request through this link is one way to submit for pothole repair. Even if you have another roadway concern within county right-of-way, you can submit it through the above “Request for Road Maintenance” link. When you are submitting your request, please be as specific as possible as to the location of the pothole/roadway concern.

Another way to bring a pothole to the attention of the county Highway Department is to call their office at (317) 773-7770 from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. If you call after hours, you may leave a voicemail.

Sending an email with the specific location, your name and a good contact phone number where you can be reached is another option. You may do that by emailing county.highway@hamiltoncounty.in.gov. This inbox is monitored during office hours and work orders are created throughout the day by using this method, as well as the others.
