Epcon Communities has announced additional home sites as Epcon grows in the Hamilto County market.
The Courtyards of Fishers has broken ground on its first homes, and new phases have been released at The Courtyards of Westfield and The Courtyards of Carmel.
“Indianapolis is a newer market for Epcon, our unique courtyard homes are in demand, and we’re thrilled to announce several new opportunities,” said Robyn Crawford, regional president for Epcon Communities in Indianapolis. “We have introductory pricing opportunities available at The Courtyards of Fishers for a limited time and new homesites released in our Carmel and Westfield locations.”
The Courtyards of Fishers offers four home designs ranging from 1,500 to 4,000 square feet. Starting from the mid-$400,000s, the community will have 50 home sites and a pavilion. The model and first homes have recently broken ground with expected completion in March and June, respectively.
New home sites have also been released at The Courtyards of Westfield, which offers four home designs ranging from 1,500 to 4,000 square feet. Starting from the mid-$400,000s, the community will have 22 home sites in the new phase. Amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, pool, bocce and pickleball courts, and walking trails.
The Courtyards of Carmel offers seven home designs ranging from 1,500 to 4,000 square feet. Starting from the low-$500,000s, the community will have 42 home sites in the final phase. Amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, pool, bocce and pickleball courts, walking trails and community garden. This is the final opportunity for The Courtyards of Carmel, which includes Epcon’s Celebration Series homes that are unique to this community.
