Nearly the entire Hamilton County Bar Association visited Kathryn Burroughs’ law office in Carmel to show their support for the continued service of Andrew Bloch for Hamilton County Circuit Court. He was recently appointed by the governor to fill the term of Paul Felix who was promoted to the Indiana Court of Appeals.
