Saturday, Feb. 17 marked Prevail’s 18th Annual City vs. County Bowl-A-Thon Challenge at Bowl 32 / Three-Two-Fun in Noblesville. Prevail is a not-for-profit victim’s advocacy center based in Hamilton County that assists men, women, teens and children who have been victims of a violent crime or abuse.
