Westfield’s residents may notice a change when visiting the city’s website. The city recently completed a site-wide redesign that will give users more accessibility to information.
The new site continues the city’s commitment to ensure that website content is formatted to serve the needs of users with various devices, such as PCs, laptops, tablets and smartphones. The main navigation now also features “mega menus” which provide improved site navigation to areas of the website users are most likely to need.
Key city services, such as employment information, bill payment options and the action center are prominently featured not only on the homepage, but also within the site navigation on key landing pages. The site now also features a “breaking news” area for timely alerts to residents.
