Join the Hamilton County Soil and Water Conservation District (HCSWCD) on Monday, March 27 at 7 p.m. in the Annex of the 4-H County Fair Grounds, 2003 Pleasant Street, Noblesville, to create your own rain chain.
Rain chains help to divert rainwater runoff and reduce soil erosion near your home. They’re decorative, easy to install, and attach to gutters or directly to the eaves of a building.
