Maple Glen Elementary School recently partnered with Westfield Parks and the Westfield Historical Society to create a field trip especially for second-grade students. As part of the social studies curriculum, students learned about the city’s local history and how it has changed over the years. Working together with other community organizations was an exciting way to bring Westfield’s rich history to a new generation.
