On Tuesday, the Massillamany, Jeter and Carson Law Firm gave the Fishers Police Department $12,000 to fund the purchase and training of the department’s new K9 Archer. K9 Archer is a 16-month-old Belgian Malinois. He and his handler, K9 Officer Sam Ralph, are currently training. You’ll see Archer on the streets working narcotics and apprehension by the end of the month.
