Potbelly Sandwich Shop announced that a new location in Noblesville, near Hamilton Town Center, will open Tuesday, March 21. Well known for fresh, made-to-order sandwiches, salads and live, local music, Potbelly has earned a national reputation as the best place for lunch.
The popular neighborhood spot will offer the toasty, delicious sandwiches that Indianapolis and Carmel residents have come to know and love, such as the signature A Wreck® and the Grilled Chicken and Cheddar. Customers can also enjoy hearty salads, a rotating selection of soups, freshly baked cookies and famous hand-dipped milkshakes. The Noblesville shop will also feature the new Turkey Fresco sandwich made from all-natural, slow-roasted, hand pulled turkey, topped with roasted red peppers, fresh spinach and basil mayonnaise.
The shop will be led by General Manager Jim Carl, who recently joined the Potbelly team after many years’ experience in the local restaurant business. The Noblesville location will employ a staff of approximately 30. A local job fair will be held March 13th – 15th from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. in front of the shop. Open interviews will also be available March 16-19 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the shop. They are currently hiring for all positions, from sandwich makers to managers. To celebrate the launch of the new location, Carl invites the neighborhood to a pre-opening Oven Warming event on Monday, March 20 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. For a $5 cash donation, guests can enjoy a toasty warm sandwich, chips and a fountain beverage. 100% of proceeds will benefit Hamilton Southeastern High School through the Royal Pride PTO.
Hours of Operation and Location
The Noblesville shop features a convenient drive-thru and will be open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sundays through Thursdays and 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. Delivery service will start opening day and will be available Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. with minimum orders of $25. The shop is located at 12831 Campus Parkway, Ste. A in Noblesville.
