Motorists will need to search for an alternate route starting Monday night when traveling on 96th Street under Interstate 465 due to an overnight closure for bridge work, the Indiana Department of Transportation says.
From 11 p.m. Monday to 6 a.m. Tuesday, crews will close 96th Street under I-465 for milling. Once completed, crews will begin resurfacing Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Robison Road access will be maintained from the west. Hoosier Village Drive access will be maintained from the east.
INDOT encourages drivers to be extremely cautious and consider worker safety by driving slowly in and around all work zones.
