The automotive buyer intelligence firm Autolist.com today released its Indiana Affordability Rankings study and ranked Noblesville the No. 1 most affordable place to buy a vehicle in Indiana. Interestingly, Noblesville has held this title for the past seven months, stealing it from Gary, Ind. in November.

- Gary – Cars $581 below state avg.
- Hammond – Cars $547 below state avg.
- Carmel – Cars $426 below state avg.
- Fishers – Cars $404 below state avg.
- Lawrence – Cars $298 below state avg.
- Fort Wayne – Cars $156 below state avg.
- Jeffersonville – Cars $142 below state avg.
- Lafayette – Cars $59 below state avg.
- Anderson – Cars $54 below state avg.
The study analyzed over 81 million vehicles and 4.6 billion unique data points across vehicles nationwide (including 219,000 active listings in 92 Indiana counties), and shows that the Mercedes-Benz S-Class is the most affordable model in Noblesville, with prices $1,699 below Indiana’s average. The top five most affordable cars to purchase in Noblesville are as follows:
- Mercedes-Benz S-Class
- Ford F-250 Super Duty
- Mercedes-Benz GL-Class
- GMC Yukon
- Chevrolet Corvette
These vehicles exhibit average savings between $1,146 and $1,653 off average prices in Indiana.
Given these findings, there appears to be an opportunity for people to save hundreds on their next vehicle by purchasing in Noblesville.
